Nordiska Energilösningar is growing and is now looking for a site manager to strengthen our team.

We deliver sustainable and quality solutions in solar energy, battery storage, and electrical installations and ensure that our customers receive safe, efficient, and professionally executed facilities.

We are locally based in Karlskrona and Kalmar, with offices in both locations, and are an established full-service partner to Affärsverken Energi AB. The position is flexible – you work from home with a company vehicle and work on our projects in the region.

About the position

As a site manager with us, you have a central role in the daily operations and are responsible for ensuring that installations are carried out with high quality, good team spirit, and a strong focus on safety.

Your tasks will include:

• Leading and coordinating our installation teams
• Planning and ensuring an efficient flow in the projects
• Ensuring work environment, quality, and timelines
• Providing technical support during installations on-site
• Conducting site visits, service visits, and participating in project management
• Collaborating closely with the management team, salespeople, and electricians

We perform complex installations at a commercial level, which requires good technical understanding and experience in the profession.

We are looking for someone who

🔹 Has experience leading the installation of solar and battery systems

🔹 Has solid experience in the installation profession, preferably with an electrician background

🔹 Is structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented

🔹 Has good collaboration skills and enjoys a leadership role

🔹 Enjoys physical work outdoors in various weather conditions

🔹 Holds at least a B driver's license (BE license is a plus)

Preferred qualifications

✔ Scaffolding certificate

✔ Fall protection training

✔ Safe lifting

✔ BAS P/U

✔ Relevant certification in solar installation or electrical work
